Payment
- We accept PPO plans from Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United, Aetna, Cigna and Health Net.
- Annual membership fee per child per year along with a one time administration fee per family.

Includes conditions such as migraines, celiac, and sensory issues.

Telehealth provided easily and securely from a secure link emailed to you before your visit.
Do you provide after hours support?
After hours care from Board Certified Pediatricians is available 24/7. Dr. Sequeira is always on call for emergencies.
Specific instructions to patients due to COVID-19
If anyone coming into the office (parent or child) has experienced signs of illness in the prior 48 hours such as fever, congestion, runny nose, cough, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea, please send the office a text before coming in.

Do you offer a membership plan to your patients?
We are a membership based practice so that we can provide concierge level care for families. The practice size is limited so that you will always see staff and providers who know you and your family and have time for same day urgent concerns.

We accept most PPO plans, including:

We will happily bill insurance at the time of your visit. We are currently in-network for United, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Aetna. We suggest always checking your insurance's website to verify coverage within your plan.
