Becoming a Patient
Step 1 — Schedule a Meet & Greet
The best way to begin is with a relaxed introductory call or visit. This allows us to get to know each other and determine if our practice is the right fit for your family.
During this visit we can discuss:
- Your child’s medical history and needs
- Any current concerns (including ADHD or chronic conditions)
- How our concierge model works
- Questions about philosophy, approach, or logistics
This visit helps ensure that families feel comfortable and supported from the start.
Step 2 — Join the Practice
After your meet & greet, families who feel aligned with our approach may enroll in our concierge pediatric membership.
Membership allows us to maintain a smaller patient panel and provide more personalized access and care.

Because we maintain a smaller patient panel, we are able to offer more responsive communication.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept most PPO plans, including:

We will bill insurance at the time of your visit. Please check your insurance’s website to verify Dr. Sarabenet Sequeira at 141 Camino Alto is within network.
There is an annual membership fee per child per year.
What ages do you see in your practice?
We provide care from infancy through college.
We’re looking for more personalized pediatric care with better access and support. Do you offer a membership plan?
We are a membership based practice so that we can provide concierge level care for families. The practice size is limited so that you will always see staff and providers who know you and your family and have time for same day urgent concerns.
My schedule is already so busy, and it can be hard to always make the drive to the office. Do you offer telehealth visits?
Telehealth provided easily and securely from a secure link emailed to you before your visit.
Once we become patients, what’s the best way to reach the office?
Your membership will include a HIPAA protected APP called Spruce where you can call, text or email.
What happens if my child gets sick after hours or on the weekend?
After hours care from experienced RNs is available 24/7. Dr. Sequeira is also always on call for emergencies.
I’m wondering if my child may have ADHD or attention difficulties. Do you offer evaluations and ongoing support?
Yes. We provide comprehensive ADHD evaluation, guidance, and ongoing management as part of our services.
I’m concerned my child may be struggling with learning, attention, or school-related issues. Can you help guide us through next steps?
Absolutely. For children with complex or ongoing needs, we help coordinate care and collaborate with specialists, therapists, and schools when appropriate.
